A multi-entity organization with operations across North America is seeking a hands‑on Controller to join its finance leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, strengthening accounting processes and controls, and providing meaningful financial insights that support business decision‑making.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Controller will lead the accounting function across multiple entities, oversee the monthly close process, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys balancing strategic involvement with day‑to‑day operational leadership.
