Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations across a complex multi-entity structure. This role will manage accounting functions for 3 operating companies and over 40 real estate entities, requiring the ability to seamlessly navigate between entities whilemaintainingaccuraterecords and compliance for each. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, experience with multi-entity accounting, andthe leadershipskills to supervise our accounting team.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare accurate quarterly financial statements for 3 operating entities and over 40 real estate entities in accordance with GAAP
