Controller - Onsite/Night Shift

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Controller who will lead all day‑to‑day accounting operations across a large, multi‑entity environment. This role oversees property accounting, corporate accounting, AP, AR, intercompany transactions, and consolidations. The Controller ensures accounting accuracy, strengthens internal controls, drives a timely and precise close process, and leads an accounting team supporting a large real estate portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, cash tracking, P&L accuracy, and adherence to SOPs
  • Own month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close cycles with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and audit readiness
