Overseeing all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Liens/Lien
Waivers, and Revenue Recognition.
 Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, reporting any
variances.
 Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
 Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
 Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax
filings.
 Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen
internal controls.
 Collaborating with project management teams to analyze job costs, and manage the capital budget.
 Implementing and driving lien processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
