Our manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function for a fast-paced manufacturing organization . This role requires a strategic yet operational leader with strong knowledge of NetSuite , in addition to technical accounting, process improvement, and manufacturing finance experience. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and help build scalable financial operations to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, close, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
