Responsibilities

• The Controller is responsible for managing the accounting operations of the Company to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The role directs, plans, summarizes and forecasts business activities and financial positions in areas of income and expenses based on past, present, and expected operations. The Controller oversees and regulates corporate funds and accounts, establishes budget, approves expenditures and provides guidance to various groups and departments. The position is also responsible for tax planning and administration and compliance to government reportorial requirements.
