Act as the financial resource person for management by providing analyses, recommendations, and information required for decision-making. Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and accounting entries. Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, financial reports, and performance indicators. Conduct profitability, cost, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage cash flow. Supervise and support the accounting team in the execution of daily tasks and problem resolution. Optimize accounting and financial processes to improve operational efficiency. Participate in the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of accounting systems and management tools.
