As a Controller, your leadership will be critical to maintaining the financial health of PRH Investments, LLC. You will manage regional accounting activities, analyze financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Your expertise will support growth initiatives and operational success for a diverse portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports
• Monitor and develop regional budgets with insights
• Coordinate external audits and compliance reporting
• Mentor and develop accounting teams to enhance capabilities
