Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for an investment banking organization based in Denver, Colorado. This role will oversee financial reporting, close activities, revenue accounting, and team leadership while helping the business maintain strong controls and reliable insight into performance. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the firm.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including analysis at the department and practice level.
• Direct the month-end and year-end close cycle by maintaining accurate ledger activity, completing reconciliations, and validating supporting schedules and intercompany balances.
