This role is hands-on and requires someone who can balance leadership with operational execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations—GL, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets—while leading timely, accurate month‑end and year‑end close processes.
