Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of a construction-focused business in Gardena, California. This role is responsible for overseeing core financial reporting, strengthening operational controls, and providing insight that supports project performance and company growth. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of construction accounting, and the ability to guide the full back-office finance function with accuracy and accountability.
