Controller

Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join the organization in Colorado Springs, Colorado on a Contract basis. This role will take ownership of strengthening accounting operations, improving the reliability of financial reporting, and guiding post-launch remediation work within Sage Intacct. The position requires a hands-on leader who can evaluate current processes, resolve system and accounting gaps, and help establish stable, well-documented practices that support accurate decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the current Sage Intacct environment to uncover issues in setup, data structure, balances, workflows, integrations, and reporting outputs.
• Create and drive a prioritized remediation roadmap, working closely with the external implementation partner to correct deficiencies and deliver practical solutions.
