Controller

The Role

As Controller, you will own the integrity of our financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and drive continuous improvement across systems, controls, and processes. You will partner closely with the President and the accounting firm supporting WAT. You will also be working closely with the Regional Manager of Operations , operational leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure financial clarity, compliance, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close

•Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across all entities

•Prepare accurate IFRS-compliant financial statements and consolidated reporting

•Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the President, Banks and Financial Groups

•Provide meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
