Job Description
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Controller III, this role is accountable for analysis of the financial and costing data for the Chicken and Turkey division with a focus on the Port Coquitlam and Abbotsford plants. This role is a critical member of Controller III's team, driving continuous improvement across both financial as well as operational reporting. Excellence in routine processing / reporting will support value-added business partnership with the Plant Manager's and operational leadership team.
Play a key role in actively supporting the daily, weekly, monthly Continuous Improvement meetings supporting the Plant Manager in providing insights on results and identifying areas of focus. Also responsible for supporting in identifying continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities through Plant production floor walks.
