About the role

The Controller and Internal Auditor plays an independent oversight role within Hivos. The position is responsible for safeguarding organizational compliance with internal controls and ensuring that risks are effectively monitored and managed across all departments.

Acting independently from operational functions, the role advises, supports, warns, and when necessary instructs functional leads on matters related to compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
