Reporting on Financial and non Financial KPIs, tailored to your area of Business, to a variety of stakeholders (Management Team, Utimaco Management Meeting, Board, Banks, Investors, Senior Operational Managers)Topics include (but are not limited to): Sales, Revenues, Costs, Investments, CAPEX, exceptionals, FTEs, Cash-Flows, Balance Sheet Posts, EBITDA, Performance Measurements and other Operational KPIsResponsibility with the other Controllers for the Budgeting and Forecasting activities, and the enquiries into the causes of the VariancesWorking with the Consolidation Team and the other controllers to define the Worldwide Reporting Calendar. Planning the work accordingly to achieve the reporting deadlinesGood cooperation with the other controllers, the Consolidation Team, the many Local finance Teams (in nearly a dozen countries), Accounts Receivables, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Tax, Legal and the CFO team
