Position target:

This role is responsible for providing support to Global and/or Key Account Managers in terms of generating operational reports and analysis of data. The process should be executed based on the SOP and discrepancy mails must be sent based on the communication matrix provided.  

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Generates operational reports and provides analysis as per stated in the SOP.
• Provides analysis in the reports which will add value to the receiver / client.
• Perform operational requirement tasks and adhoc reports.
• Responds to process queries.
• Report irregularities as per SOP and Global KPI. Perform proper escalation when necessary.
• Promotes and initiates proces improvement. Active participation on projects that may lead to proces efficiency.
