We are hiring Control Testing Specialists to join our Monitoring and Testing team. This team ensures the effectiveness of controls across corporate banking, capital markets, wealth, and private banking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining scope, objectives, methodology, and success criteria.

• Conduct control tests to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of key controls.

• Analyze risks associated with operational processes, identifying vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate documentation of testing processes, results, and deficiencies.

• Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
