The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Test Setup Competency Specialist to join our cross-functionalFactorySystem Testing(FST)team. This role focuses on leveraging test setupexpertiseto ensure efficient and high-quality execution. You will contribute to complete test setups, including firmware and hardware testing, enhancing the team's overall competency in delivering successful project outcomes.

In our FST team, weare responsible forestablishingcontrolsystemstest setupfor customer projects, which involve multiple cubicles equipped with necessary hardwareand test equipment.Project teamthenimplementsbothMACH control system platformapplicationsand Station Operation and Monitoring (SOM) systems,verifyfunctionality using advanced test equipment, such as Real-Time DigitalSimulator(RTDS), andconductscustomer acceptance activities prior to dispatching the systems to the site.
