About the Role

As a Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of our sites. You will be responsible for monitoring systems, coordinating responses, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.


This role requires high-level experience, excellent judgement, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and operate security and surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in line with procedures
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with on-ground security personnel and emergency services
  • Maintain accurate, detailed incident reports and logs
