Control & Reporting Asst Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting EMEA Procurement Control in financial reporting and analytics through accurate data collection, in-depth analysis, precise reporting, and process improvement initiatives. It requires strong analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities to manage complex datasets, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Preparing EMEA Procurement Cash Flow productivity reporting – data collection from the contracts management system and from whole legacy Europe Procurement community (ca 500 associates) as well as the legacy AMESA point of contacts; review the accuracy of provided information, perform data analysis and identification of key variance drivers; managing calculation of Cash Flow; results reporting to EMEA Business Unit Controllers and to Corporate FP&A team.
