Panel Test Technician

Key Responsibilities
Conduct electrical testing and quality inspections of control panels, ensuring both functionality and compliance with standards.
Interpret and work from mechanical and electrical technical drawings.
Verify components meet design specifications and operate correctly.
Maintain, calibrate, and manage in-house test equipment, test rigs, and training tools.
Perform pre-power, functional, insulation, and resistance testing of control panels, including PLC I/O and VSDs.
Record and log test results accurately, identify faults, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other teams to meet project briefs and timelines.
Support panel build and wiring activities when testing is not required.
Champion safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery within production.
Provide guidance and training to colleagues in line with your expertise.
