*Adding or deleting the agents in Control M console based on the requirement.

*Creating the Change requests in service now for upgrading the Agents in Linux and windows as per the Agents environment.

*Performing the activities on Agents based on the Change Requests.

*Adding the clusters to the console.

*Importing or exporting the version reports.

*Checking the Agent logs based on the issue.

*Performing the server related activities.
