Job Description
The Contracts Team leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and administration within the projects undertaken by the company including reviewing contractors’ claims as well as correspondence management for contractual compliance till contracts’ closures.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the contract administration over construction contracts, enforcing contractual obligations.
- Arrange and respond to daily correspondences to ensure contractual compliance.
- Analyze and assess the contractual merit of contractor’s claims, and participate in reviewing, evaluation and negotiation of prolongation/acceleration claims and associated cost, and variation orders.
- Manage and monitor the contractual integrity of contract modifications (such as Variation Orders, Site Work Instructions).
