Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and implementation of external party contracts for the Company.


The Role

  • Leads and participates in the contractor sourcing and selection process
  • Reviews and negotiates terms, conditions, and payment structures to cover complete contract requirements
  • Identifies and mitigates potential disputes and risks
  • Analyzes contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities
  • Ensures that contract terms comply with legal requirements, and align with company policies and procedures including the Contractor Health, Environment and Safety Management (CHESM) Process
  • Facilitates the administration of awarded contracts
  • Assists in the review, implementation, and improvement of the contracting process
