They are looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their Contract Management Team, which plays a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of customer contracts to maximise revenue and ensure service excellence.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
Co-ordinate and administer all end-of-contract activities including managing contractual clauses, amendments, renewals and terminations.
Oversee the full offboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation and compliance with contract terms.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, facilitating effective communication and co-ordination.
