Contracts Specialist

About the role:

Reporting to the Study Manager or Package Manager the primary purpose of this role is to manage the existing contracts and the allocation of contracts from Pre-Award to Post-Award for our studies, future projects and functional teams. It will provide a broad level of contracts support to the business by effectively tendering, negotiating, awarding and administering assigned contracts and agreements 

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Manage existing contracts within the studies and functional teams
• Execute the competent performance of expressions of interest, tender evaluations and due diligence through to contract formation,
• Attending pre and post bid meetings.
• Terms and conditions negotiation.
• Quality assurance reporting and compliance monitoring.
