Contracts Paralegal

Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal for an exciting contract opportunity with a growing in-house legal team in the DFW area.


What You'll Do

+ Draft and revise contracts, amendments, addendums, and related legal documents

+ Support contract administration, ownership changes, and document management

+ Assist with legal operations, process improvements, and workflow automation initiatives

+ Work with contract management and legal technology platforms


Requirements
What We're Looking For

+ Experience as a Paralegal, Contracts Specialist, Contracts Administrator, or similar role

+ Strong drafting, organization, and attention to detail

+ Experience managing contracts in a fast-paced environment

+ Salesforce, Ironclad, CLM, or legal technology experience is a plus
