Contracts Operations Manager

The Contracts Operations Manager for Asia Pacific supports the operations of the Asia Pacific Contracts team, and assists Contracts Directors in preparing the negotiation of some of Airbus S.A.S (Airbus)' transactions for the sale of aircraft to airlines in Asia-Pacific.

• Support the Contracts Directors in leading the multifunctional teams who negotiate all aspects of Airbus' transactions for the sale of aircraft to airlines in Asia-Pacific

• Support the Contracts Directors in some of their primary responsibilities:

• Be a contributor to the general definition of commercial strategy, and business rationales.

• Draft, and amend certain sales contract documents under the guidance of the Contracts Directors (Proposals, Letters of Intent, Memoranda of Understanding, Purchase Agreements and Amendments, Lease Agreements, as applicable) in order to reflect in detail the mutual obligations of Airbus and its Custo...
