Job Summary: CenCore is a growing company seeking to grow its legal team.
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager with experience in drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, subcontracts, and related government contracting agreements.
A strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is a plus.
The ideal candidate will support the legal and contracts teams in ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements and corporate legal obligations and come with ideas on how to better improve the legal team and CenCore in general.
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and analyze NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and other transactional agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
Assist in reviewing and interpreting contract terms and conditions related to FAR and DFARS compliance.
