Contracts Manager

The vacancy

We are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis within our Asset Management main role will include direct line management of a team supporting the delivery of Investment works to our housing portfolio, along with management of external contractors. The Investment Team is at the heart of our 30-year investment programme on delivering excellent quality homes. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and will be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders. They should have a detailed knowledge of building construction, a track record of contract and budget management, CDM & Asbestos Regulations and a good understanding of the decent homes will provide leadership to the team through effective coaching, mentoring, one to ones and team briefings.
