Based in Port Melbourne, Victoria, our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, project delivery services and workplace solutions.

We are looking for experienced contracts coordinators to join our group to provide a key administrative support role across all operational client contracts and the respective facility management teams.

The primary focus in ensuring all contractual obligations are met, while helping coordinate reactive works operations, planned preventative maintenance works, data reporting and follow up on key priority works. 

It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.

Your duties would include

  • Developing, interpreting, maintaining, reviewing, evaluating project contracts and negotiating variations
  • Responding to inquiries and problem-solving regarding programs, projects, and services
