The Contracts Analyst/Associate undertakes all tasks directly related to the contract coordination and contract lifecycle management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Production

• Extracts data from the client's proprietary databases to prepare contract summaries for approval

• During the summary preparation and contract data entry, ensures that the data is accurate by verifying information previously entered by procurement representatives

• Timely submits the contract summaries for approval

• Acts as the liaison between the members of the Procurement Department and third party vendors/suppliers to ensure that contracts are properly executed and delivered

• Ascertains that the terms and conditions of the contracts are correctly reflected in the client's proprietary databases
