Job Description
- Preparation, review, and management of contracts, variations, and claims.
- Support project teams with commercial documentation and reporting.
- Assist in cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide commercial advice and administration support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
- Experience on education projects preferred, but experience on projects of similar size and complexity will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, variation management, and claims processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
