Job Summary
Contract Administrator performs contract review during the bidding stage and administer compliance of awarded contracts. Responsible for securing, monitoring, and maintaining bonds, insurances, and other documents for validity, suitability, and renewals. Ensures the best value for money are secured for such insurances and bonds. Manage insurance claims from preparation, negotiation until settlement.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in engineering
- At least 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, technical reporting and correspondence in a construction firm or general contractor
- Skilled in commercial claims preparation, documentation & negotiation
- Knowledge in contract books & laws, dispute resolution, and insurance & bonds.
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8am to 5pm)
