Position Responsibilities
- Preparing responses to customers’ certification and representations requests
- Reviewing customer-generated Purchase Orders and assist in obtaining appropriate internal signatures or sign off
- Assisting with countersignature process and electronic filing of contracts and other legal documents. Participating in Legal Department’s bi‑monthly meetings and weekly Contracts Group meeting
- Distributing contract assignments to attorneys and Contracts Specialists in Legal Department
- Reviewing and/or assisting with the preparation of customer‑facing contract documents
- Researching and coordinating customer name change requests
- Reviewing and fulfilling customers’ Certificates of Insurance requests

- 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
