Job Description

  • Lead and support full contract lifecycle management activities

  • Prepare and administer contracts, service agreements, work orders, and purchase orders

  • Support sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations

  • Manage change orders, contract amendments, and claims processes

  • Coordinate with project teams, operations, legal, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery

  • Review scope changes, pricing schedules, milestones, and commercial terms

  • Support contractor performance management and issue resolution

  • Maintain contract documentation, reporting, and commercial records

  • Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions as required
