Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or its equivalent, and professional registration with APEGA or eligibility acceptable.
  • Minimum 15 years Civil and Structural Engineering design experience with an Alberta Oil & Gas Industry Production Company or Engineering Company, including Construction support.
  • Demonstrated examples of creativity and innovation in addressing engineering design challenges.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of civil and structural engineering, including:
    • earthwork
    • structural steel
    • concrete
    • buildings and foundations (shallow, concrete pile, driven steel pile, and helical pile)
  • Ability to understand and interpret Geotechnical concepts and data as outlined in Reports provided...
