ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as subject matter expert in the civil structural design areas. As the subject matter expert, the individual is expected to be capable of resolving technical issues, coordinating discussion with interdisciplinary stakeholders, and working with the management team to identify project impacts. Works on highly complex tasks in multiple and diverse areas and proposes innovative design solutions requiring a significant amount of independent judgment. Works on developing the technical expertise required to bring in advances technical capabilities in house as deemed beneficial and strategic for Client.
