Duties And Responsibilities
- 1. Oversees evaluation of contract requirements, specifications, bids, proposals and subsequent contractor performance.
- 2. Provides technical liaison with all department concerned regarding contracts specification and processing.
- 3. Enter into, administer, or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings.
- 4. Oversees in the preparation and evaluation of contracts entered to by the company.
- 5. Prepare formal and informal contractors bids including / involving technical and complex specifications; evaluate and award bids according to current guidelines.
- 6. Communicate with vendors regarding bid status and contract compliance.
- 7. Reviews inventory listing of contractor’s availability and performance.
