Administer the HRIS platform and oversee daily HRIS operations, including data updates and system monitoringResponsible for system changes and enhancements in HRIS based on the roadmap and Bank HR’s initiativesWork closely with external vendors and internal IT departments on enhancements to meet business and regulatory requirements, and support troubleshootingManage digitalization-related projects, including project scheduling, budgeting, data migration, preparation of test cases, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessaryAct as the Fintech Champion by identifying areas where technology can improve HR processesProvide support for HR reporting and data analysis activitiesProvide support for HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefit Administration activities, including acting as a reviewer Support regular and ad-hoc projects to ensure HR compliance with r...
