Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Administer the HRIS platform and oversee daily HRIS operations, including data updates and system monitoring

  • Responsible for system changes and enhancements in HRIS based on the roadmap and Bank HR’s initiatives

  • Work closely with external vendors and internal IT departments on enhancements to meet business and regulatory requirements, and support troubleshooting

  • Manage digitalization-related projects, including project scheduling, budgeting, data migration, preparation of test cases, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary

  • Act as the Fintech Champion by identifying areas where technology can improve HR processes

  • Provide support for HR reporting and data analysis activities

  • Provide support for HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefit Administration activities, including acting as a reviewer
