Contract Tester JTL

. Develop test cases and data-generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system

. Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel and HPQC while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines

. Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases

. Identify and document defects using Excel and HPQC, and manage the complete defect resolution process

. Perform accuracy checks on all letters, notices, and statements to ensure a seamless migration to the new system

. Deliver post-migration support by identifying, analysing, and resolving production issues

. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements

. Minimum: Minimum Diploma or Degree
