RESPONSIBILITIES

Curriculum and Instructional Excellence

1. Assist in creating clean, safe and conducive learning environment which promotes student learning and development

2. Assist teachers in preparing and producing learning materials

3. Assist and guide students in carrying out instructions and activities during lessons

4. Cover class when teacher is away on leave or course by delivering the lessons planned by the class teacher

Holistic Student Development

5. Build a strong relationship with students by exhibiting care, concern and encouragement

6. Support teachers in determining individualised goals for each student to enhance their development

7. Assist teachers with data collection to understand student profiles and monitor progress

8. Implement student behavioural plans and support in managing student behaviours under teacher supervision
