Job Description
**_Job Title:_** _Contract Specialist_
**_Location:_** _Phoenix AZ_
**_Shift_** _: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Monday- Friday_
**_Contract:_** _W2 under staffing supplier; 6 month contract_
**_Pay Rate:_** _$25.00 an hour_
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review and reconciliation of accounting transactions
+ Experience and Knowledge of Construction Contracts
+ Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
+ Review and approve accounts payable transactions per the contract requirements
+ Experience and Knowledge of Construction Contracts
+ Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Higher
+ Computer knowledge including; Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Adobe
+ 2+ Years of Accounting Experience
+ Fundamentals of Budgets and Expenditures
