CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Contract Specialist within the NATEC Division of COMFRC NAVAIR in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities You will prepare competitive and non-competitive solicitation documents. You will support aircraft and aircraft system maintenance, repair, testing, and production. You will solicit proposals from prospective contractors and conducts pre-proposal conferences. You will perform cost and/or price analysis. You will negotiate with potential contractors on a competitive or sole-source basis.
