Contract Specialist – Containers & Intermodal

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.

• Draft, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including implementation, amendments, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement and value creation.

• Support sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.

• Enable contracts within procurement and ERP systems.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve contract-related issues.

• Prepare monthly management reports and contract performance analyses.
