CONTRACT SPEACIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SPEACIALIST in the NAVFAC MIDLANT, NORFOLK VA of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will create documents, pertinent justifications, determinations or findings in contractual awards. You will conduct pre-negotiation conferences to negotiate prices, terms, conditions, contract modifications, and settlements. You will direct a full range of procurement pre-award and post-awards functions to include drafting and issuing solicitations, negotiations, source selection, contract award, contract modifications and contract closeout. You will interpret procurement regulations and policies for activity specialists.
