- Contract Processing:
- Champion the flawless execution of Subscription and Maintenance contracts, guaranteeing precision and efficiency while strictly adhering to monthly revenue recognition and invoicing timelines, thus safeguarding our financial integrity
- Work closely with Customer Renewal Reps / Account Managers to ensure renewal is quoted in a timely. Provide contract history and terms to allow for smooth customer negotiations. Ensure the system accurately reflects a customer's products/contract status
- Ensure timely processing of all finalized renewal packages. Ensuring all negotiated renewals are within company policy and all applicable approvals have been captured. The Contract Renewal Specialist will finalize the Renewal contract for the upcoming period and submit for invoicing.
