This part-time temporary Recruiter role supports high-volume hiring for a growing manufacturing operation by managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple hourly industrial positions across several sites. The recruiter partners closely with a small HR team to fill a large number of open roles quickly and efficiently, while maintaining strong candidate communication, accurate tracking, and organized processes. This 6–8 week contract offers the opportunity to make a visible impact during a busy ramp-up period in a stable, process-driven, and improvement-focused manufacturing environment.
