MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking on behalf of our client, one of BC’s largest utility companies, a Contract Professional to join the Campbell River Dam Safety projects. This is a 1 year contract position with a high potential of renewal. This role provides strategic leadership in managing complex construction contracts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, governance compliance, and continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools.

The Contracts Professional will support pre-award activities, including reviewing supply chain strategies, contracting plans, scopes of work, and draft procurement documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing contract administration, chairing meetings, monitoring schedules, overseeing deliverables, administering claims and disputes, evaluating cost and schedule impacts, and supporting negotiations and settlements.
